The richness of the sapphire's color combined with the warmth of the yellow gold setting is truly inviting and eye catching. We love the faceting of the sapphire, the emerald cut having long rectangular facets for a clean, sophisticated look. The sapphire weighs 3.20 carats and definitely commands attention without being gaudy. The color is a gorgeous rich royal navy blue color and the sapphire is eye clean. The clarity is something special and not often seen in sapphires of this size. The design is intentionally simple with a single full cut 2.7mm round diamond on each side. We've adorned the band with a rope design and this adds a certain elegance to the ring. The engagement ring has a low profile so it can be worn comfortably and confidently on a daily basis.
