California. Shipping insurance is free. Packages are shipped in
plain and unmarked boxes to assure privacy (and non-detection). Transit times vary with the method selected.

Ring Sizing: If ring sizing has been selected, please allow
1-3 weeks for shipment. 4-Day RUSH ring sizing is also available.> Additionally, nearly
all of our rings can be sized by your local jeweler or we would be happy to size your ring at a later date.

UPS shipping days are Monday through Friday. USPS shipping days are
Monday through Saturday. Holidays are excluded.

Overnight orders which ship on a Friday will not be delivered until
the following Monday unless a Saturday delivery is requested. To request a Saturday delivery, please write
"Saturday delivery requested" in the "Comments" field of the Order Checkout Form. An additional $15 will be
billed to your credit card for Saturday delivery requests.

- Please note that all packages are shipped insured with a signature required. For UPS shipments, only
three delivery attempts are made after which time the package is automatically
returned to us. If this occurs, the customer is responsible for the cost
of re-shipment. If you will not be at your delivery address to sign for your package, please call UPS after the first delivery attempt to arrange for pickup at a UPS facility.
A note will be left by UPS with instructions after the first delivery
attempt.
