Layaway Policy - Interest Free - No Prepayment Penalty

Many of our items are one-of-a-kind. Use our interest free layaway plan to grab the item before it sells out and lock in the current price- for up to 6 months! 

MyJewelrySource currently offers 3 and 6 month layaway payment plans. If you wish to place a layaway order please call us at 1-866-432-4936 to order. Our shopping cart no longer supports layaway options

Payment Options:

• If payment is by credit card: If you are paying by credit card or debit card, your order total will be divided into equal monthly payments, to be billed automatically on the same day each month. If you have a special request for the billing date each month, please indicate that in the comments section of the order form. Otherwise, the payments will be billed on the same day of the month as the day the order is placed. Your purchase will be shipped once the final payment has been made.

• If you have a special circumstance in which a payment cannot be made, we will delay the payment one time for up to one month, but the payment must be made up the next month. If the payment policy is not met or you decide to cancel your layaway purchase, your order is subject to the following cancellation penalties. Your layaway will be subject to cancellation if two monthly layaway payments are missed.

Extra Payments/Paying off your Layaway:

• If you wish to pay more than the minimum payment or make an extra payment, you can do that by emailing or calling us.

• You can pay the layaway off early by emailing or calling us.

• There are no penalties or hidden charges for additional or larger payments or if you would like to pay the layaway off early.

• In addition, the cancellation/return penalties (see below) are reduced accordingly if the layaway is paid off early.

Layaway Cancellation Policy:

• For 3 monthly payment layaway plans, the cancellation fee is 10% of the original order total.

• For 6 monthly payment layaway plans, the cancellation fee is 20% of the original order total.

• Please note that these amounts are NOT in addition to any non-refundable amounts (eg., sizing or special orders). The higher of the layaway cancellation/return fee, the individual item non-refundable amount for ring sizing, or any non-refundable amounts for special orders will be used in determining any cancellation or non-refundable amount.

Layaway Return Policy:

Our 30 day return policy applies to layaway orders and the following non-refundable amounts apply.

• For 3 monthly payment layaway plans, 10% of the original order total is non-refundable.

• For 6 monthly payment layaway plans, 20% of the original order total is non-refundable.

• Please note that these amounts are NOT in addition to any fees for ring sizing or non-refundable amounts for special orders. The higher of the layaway cancellation/return fee, the individual item non-refundable amounts for ring sizing, or any non-refundable amounts for special orders will be used in determining any cancellation or return restocking fee.

After your initial (first) payment, an automated email will be sent to the email address specified in your order each time your credit card is billed or if the charge is rejected.  It is  your responsibility to make sure that you are able to receive emails from us and to update your email address with us if it changes. If you cannot or are not receiving your monthly emails, you must notify us so that we can contact you with any problems in billing your credit card.
