  • Ring Sizing: Please allow 1-3 weeks for shipment if you ordered ring sizing (i.e., a non-stock ring size).  Please note that if you ordered "no sizing necessary", your ring will ship without delay.  4-Day RUSH ring sizing is also available. Additionally, If rings are ordered without sizing, you can send your ring back to us once for free sizing and free return shipping for up to one month after you receive your new ring. Finally, nearly all of our rings can also be sized by your local jeweler. 

  • Our shipping boxes are plain and unmarked to assure privacy (and non-detection).
