At the center is a 7.4mm round AAA grade tanzanite with gorgeous sparkle in shades of primarily purple, and also pink and blue. The tanzanite is set in yellow gold which adds warmth and richness to the look. A 3.5mm round diamond (about 0.16 carats each) is set on either side and all three main stones are surrounded by tiny fully cut round diamonds. And we didn't stop there; both sides of the ring are also encrusted in diamonds. The overall design, with the milgrain edging, has a bit of a vintage feel.
