There aren't a lot of sapphire rings made in yellow gold and if
you are looking for one, you may not have a lot of options. So
here's one that is most definitely worthy of consideration.
There is just something about the hue of this blue sapphire that
marries beautifully with the yellow gold setting. We just love
this band style ring and the semi bezel setting of the sapphire.
This is a perfect engagement or wedding band style ring. The
stones are well protected for daily wear and the ring is a total
eye-catcher too! The Ceylon sapphire we have used in this one of
a kind ring is diamond cut and has the most fabulous color. With
the cut and color at the top of the charts, the sapphire is also
quite brilliant and sparkly and we can't say this about most
sapphires. The semi bezel setting of the sapphire is done in white gold
for just a tiny bit of contrast. The mounting itself is done
with varying sizes of round diamonds, which of course complement
the shape of the sapphire. The ring has a full carat of diamonds
and they are just as exceptional of a quality as the sapphire
it. They too are extremely sparkly and brilliant. Since the
diamonds are channel set on the top, you won't have any prongs
to poke you or to get caught on things. The ring is smooth and
very comfortable. You can tell that the setting itself is done with nice solid
construction since the 14k gold weight of the ring is 8.8 grams.
