What makes this particular design unique is the combination of the round tanzanite and pear shaped white sapphires. The tanzanite is diamond cut with brilliant style (triangle shaped) faceting on the pavilion and crown. The faceting combined with the clarity makes for a very lively gem. The tanzanite has a beautifully saturated bluish purple color with some pink flashes. The tanzanite is of very fine quality and has a rich and uniform of color. On each side is a pear shaped white sapphire and the shank is done with engraving on three sides that extends toward the back.
