| Special Features: | Only at MJS! This spectacular ring features a custom cushion cut Nigerian pink tourmaline that is just over 2 carats in size. The color is so unique. It is a combination of salmon and rose and both hues are visible, often at the same time. This is the nature of tourmaline, being a dichroic gem; it will show two colors quite distinctly. The tourmaline has been specially cut for this setting and it is much better than eye clean. The mounting has been done in 14k rose gold and this enhances the beautiful hues of the tourmaline. There are 3/4 carat of full cut, fine quality round diamonds in the mounting. Both the top and sides of the setting are encrusted with diamonds so no matter what angle you are admiring the ring from, you will see all of the beautiful diamonds sparkling back at you. The split shank design lends a nice balance to the design and the milgrain edging offer a vintage feel as well. The setting is finished with an undergallery which makes the ring feel smooth and comfortable on the finger. | ||
