The sapphire is 2.1 carats in size and is 7.2mm in diameter. That is a nice size for a sapphire! The color is the most beautiful light cornflower blue. The sapphire is eye clean and brilliant and looks great in bright light and dim light. The diamond weight of the setting is just under 1/2 carat. Just enough to add the desired sparkle and wow factor but not so much that the ring is gaudy. We think that most ladies will be comfortable in a ring like this. The ring has milgrain and bead detailing and filigree scroll work below the sapphire and down the shank. So you will be able to appreciate and admire your ring at every angle! The optional matching band is straight and will sit flush against the sapphire ring. | ||
