| Special Features: | We recently were lucky enough to find a gorgeous parcel of well matched Ceylon cushion cut blue sapphires. These are just so special. Matched cushion cuts are rarely seen and matched Ceylon sapphires are even rarer. So we are very excited to offer these wonderful drop style earrings. Each sapphire weighs over 2/3 of a carat and to set the color off, we surrounded the sapphires by fine diamonds. The color is a beautiful cornflower blue. Not too dark and not too light. They are perfect for earrings because the color will show up nicely! The wire style drop is simple. We chose not to add a leverback to the earring because we felt it would take away from the elegance and simplicity. The earrings will come with a rubber stopper that you can slide on the wire after you put the earring on. So these will be very secure on the ear. The stopper will also help the earring stay in place once you orient it so it doesn't hang forward. These earrings also feature delightful rope detailing around the basket and down the drop. This detail adds a beautiful finishing touch to these magnificent earrings. | ||
