Custom Design Services
MyJewelrySource would be pleased to assist you in creating that special piece
you've been dreaming about. Whether you're looking to create a one of a kind
custom design or would simply like to make a modification to one of our
existing designs, the design process is fun and exciting.
Just
e-mail us with your request and we can send you a quote or will contact you for additional information. If you would like to make a small modification to an existing design like
changing the type, size or shape of the center stone or changing the setting
slightly, then learn about
our semi-custom design services.
Our custom designs are done using state-of-the-art design software and automated 3D printing
of the waxes used for the final casting. Once the design has been established
through an exchange of photos and correspondence, we then create the computer
images of your piece. We will send them to you for review and approval. At
this time, you will then have an opportunity to adjust the design so that it
is just right. The entire process focuses on making sure you are comfortable
with the design and excited about what will soon be a reality. You will never
feel rushed or pressured during the design phase. Only after you have given
your approval do we then print the wax model and create your one of kind
design.

Special/Custom Order Pricing and Information

Due to fluctuations in gold, platinum, gemstone and diamond prices, quotes are subject to change at any time until an ordered is placed.
All quotes expire after 7 days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise when the quote is provided.
For special orders, a 10% to 100% non-refundable amount is required at the time the order is placed. Unfortunately, this money cannot be
refunded once the order is placed, even if the order is cancelled prior to shipping. The exact non-refundable amount will
be provided with your custom quote or is listed with special order information on our website.
Custom and Special orders generally take 2-4 weeks to ship. If a job requires the sourcing of a specialty gemstone
(type, quality, size), the lead time may be longer. The exact lead time for your custom or special order project will be indicated with the quotation.
The minimum charge for a custom order is $1000.
Computer design fees typically range from $200 to $400 depending on the complexity of the design.
While we take every precaution to ensure that our quotes are accurate, it is possible that that we may make an honest mistake
in our calculations or assessment of the tasks required to complete a job. In this case a revised quote may be provided.
If a customer has already placed an order prior to the quote revision, the customer has the option to cancel the order at
this time with a 100% refund of any money paid. MyJewelrySource reserves the right to cancel an order if the price has been
miscalculated. Unless specified otherwise, a non-refundable amount is billed upon receipt of the customer's order and the remaining balance
is due when the order is completed. Unless prior payment arrangements have been made, if the order balance cannot be successfully billed or received within one month of completion, your order is considered "in default", your non-refundable amount is forfeited and your order will be cancelled.
