It has a stunning bright hot pink color and it stands out dramatically against the backdrop of the fine quality diamond halo ring mounting. The size, 2.73 carats, of the sapphire is important too. That, combined with the excellent cut and clarity of the gem, makes this a true one of a kind. The sapphire is highlighted by near colorless and better than eye clean full cut round diamonds. And the milgrain edging gives a vintage feel to the design. Additional diamonds are set in the lattice styled gallery around the gem and down the band. The 14k white gold weight is a significant (but not too heavy) 6 grams which means that this ring will be extremely comfortable (not too thin) on the finger and will definitely hold up to a lifetime of daily wear.
