The 90 day warranty period begins the day you receive your original purchase.  Our 90 day repair warranty covers each item for defects in manufacturing or loosening of gemstones or diamonds. For rings ordered in the stock size, the ring will ship the same or next business day. You can send your ring back to us once for free sizing and free return shipping for up to one month after you receive your new ring. Additionally, nearly all of our rings can also be sized by your local jeweler. 

For rings ordered with sizing, please allow 1-3 weeks for shipment if you ordered ring sizing (i.e., a non-stock ring size). If you need a ring sized and need a faster turnaround, just let us know and we can likely accommodate your request.

• We Manufacture our own Jewelry. We do not purchase finished jewelry and pay the middlemen mark-ups. Instead we source the gemstones from around the world ourselves and then manufacture our jewelry in the Los Angeles jewelry district - the largest jewelry manufacturing district in the United States. This enables us to produce our jewelry as inexpensively as possible while having access to the best professional jewelry craftsmen and allows us to maintain tight control over our quality.
• Minimal or No advertising. Advertising usually makes up a very significant portion of a companies expenses. These expenses must be passed on to the customer in the form of higher prices. Those Google ads that you see can be EXTREMELY expensive. We have done almost no advertising since we went online in 2000.
• No Store. We are a family run internet only company. We do not have the many expenses of running a store such as rent, security, displays, sales people, and insurance.
• Everyday Low Prices. No need to wait for a sale or find a coupon. Every item is offered at our absolutely lowest discounted price everyday of the year. Due to our everyday low prices, we do not have sales nor offer offer coupons. This saves us the programming and administrative costs to run these programs.

Our Certificate of Authenticity certifies that the jewelry you have purchased is 100% genuine and accurately described. 

We certify that our jewelry has been crafted in accordance with recognized jewelry industry quality standards. We further certify that the materials (metals, diamonds, and gemstones) are accurately described and stated.

Each Certificate of Authenticity includes at least one picture of the item and verifies the gemstone type, weight and clarity, diamond weight and quality, and the metal type (e.g., 14k gold, platinum) and weight.

Insurance Note

Our certificates, along with your MJS receipt, can be submitted to your insurance company as proof of purchase. Please note that, in most cases, insurance companies will reimburse you for your purchase price, not a higher appraised value, and also have the right to purchase a replacement item themselves on your behalf. Summary

MyJewelrySource fully recognizes and respects our customer's desire and right to privacy.  We are committed to protecting our customers' personal information.  All orders are transmitted in an encrypted format and customer information is only used for order fulfillment and tracking purposes.

Personal data is only collected at the time of purchase, including credit card information. This data is entered by the customer or us onto a secure server owned and operated by a third party e-commerce company (ASecureCart or PayPal)  using the highest level SSL encryption available. This data is only accessed and used by MyJewelrySource employees and will never be rented, exchanged, sold or otherwise divulged to a third party except in providing assistance to law enforcement.  Personal information may be given to law enforcement agencies to aid in criminal investigations or support criminal prosecutions.

For your protection, customer data is stored on a secure server with ASecureCart  (our third-part e-commerce company)  for approximately 60 days after which time it is automatically deleted.  Credit card information is encrypted on this server so that it cannot be read in the event of a compromise.  All information is then permanently deleted from this service and securely transferred to our private on-site password protected computer database.  Our database is not connected to our website and maintained with firewall, password protection, and very limited access (only two computers may access our database at one time).  In addition, our database cannot be opened without sensing the presence of a physical theft deterrent devise attached to our computer. Our customer database will never be rented, exchanged or sold to anyone- ever.

Our web servers collect the domain names, not the e-mail addresses, of visitors. In general, we gather information about users of the Site collectively in order to determine, for example, which areas users access more frequently. This information helps us to determine what is most beneficial for our users, and how we can continually create a better overall experience for our users by improving the content of this Site.
