cushion cut with
excellent proportions and this is readily evident when you look at the stone. There is no window
and the sapphire is better than eye clean. As the ring
moves on your finger, you can see how beautifully all the facets catch the light.
The color is a bright, attractive combination of
lemon and banana. And we don't want to overlook
the fact that this very special sapphire is
completely natural and untreated. The setting showcases the
sapphire perfectly since it is encrusted with diamonds that surround the sapphire and then
more diamonds are bead set on three sides down the band. The side gallery has an elegant openwork design, also
accented with diamonds. The milgrain edging adds a vintage feel to the piece, and the ring is finished off with a
beautiful undergallery. The band has been designed to nestle perfectly against the sapphire ring. It has diamonds on two sides and beautiful scalloped filigree detail on the inside of the band. | ||
