If you are looking for a truly unique and exceptional ring design as much as you are looking for a rare and special center stone, then we invite you to consider this spectacular piece. It is
quite difficult to find princess cut sapphires in any color and when we saw this beauty at 2.15 cts, we knew it would make the perfect focal point in a one-of-a-kind ring. The sapphire measures
7.4mm and
is equivalent in size to a 2.5 ct diamond. It is eye clean and well cut, a feature you don't often see with princess cuts. There is no window in the stone and all you see is the buttery
yellow facets sparkling back at you. The sapphire is held securely by four sets of double prongs which are incorporated into the ring and design. On either side is a gorgeous tapered
baguette diamond which is framed by tiny pave diamonds that extend down to the underside of the ring. All of the diamonds are framed with milgrain edging for a elegant vintage design. The
sides of the band have an open scalloped pattern which each scallop being accented
by tiny brilliant cut round diamond. We really could go on and
on about the beauty and detail of this spectacular ring; it is
exquisite and truly a one-of-a-kind.
Note that because of the intricate design in the band and the
squared off shank, the ring can only be sized up/down 1 1/2 sizes.
