Many of the mountings on this site can be made in both white or yellow gold, or platinum. In addition, we have hundreds
of other mountings available to suit your needs. Please note that we do not work with sterling silver.

If you like a particular ring or pendant on our site, please
e-mail us about making it with another stone of your choice. You may purchase the stone from us or provide the stone yourself. Please
be aware that while we use extreme care when setting stones, you assume the risk for the setting of your stone. MJS assumes the risk for the setting of our
stones. Sometimes unnoticeable weak points or preliminary fractures in the stone result in the stone cracking or breaking when being set.

We also make completely custom jewelry, from your own design or something similar to a piece you may have seen elsewhere. Our
custom designs are done on computer using state-of-the-art design software and automated 3D printing of the waxes used for the final casting. This process
allows you to see your design and make changes so that you can be assured that the piece we create is exactly what you envision. In these cases, the
minimum custom order charge is $1000.
 
Special/Custom Order Pricing and Information

Due to fluctuations in gold, platinum, gemstone and diamond prices, quotes are
subject to change until an ordered is placed.

For special orders, a 10% to 100% non-refundable deposit is required at the
time the order is placed. Unfortunately, this money cannot be returned once the order is placed, even if the order is cancelled prior to shipping. The exact
deposit will be provided with your custom quote or is listed with special order information on our website.

Special orders take 2 to 6 weeks to ship
depending on their complexity. We will narrow the time frame down when we send you our quote.

Minimum special order (modification to
existing jewelry) is $400. Minimum custom order (new design) is $1000.

Computer design fees range from $400 to $800
depending on the complexity of the design.

While we take
every precaution to ensure that our quotes are accurate, it is possible that that we may make an honest mistake in our calculations or assessment of the
tasks required to complete a job. In this case a revised quote may be provided. If a customer has already ordered prior to the quote revision, the customer
has the option to cancel the order at this time with a 100% refund of any money paid.
MyJewelrySource reserves the right to cancel an order if the price has been miscalculated.
