That's why nearly all of our jewelry - especially our sapphire pieces and one-of-a-kind designs - is shown using actual photographs of the item, not stock images or digital renderings. For in-stock items, the photos represent the exact piece you'll receive.
What sets us apart is our commitment to showing the true color and character of each piece, especially for sapphires, rubies, and emeralds. For example, no two sapphires are exactly alike - particularly stones over 1 carat - yet many large retailers rely on computer-generated imagery for fine precious gems. We believe that's misleading.

We'll even pull items from the safe and provide additional images upon request - because personal attention should be part of every fine jewelry experience. Each piece is carefully reviewed and evaluated to the highest professional standards by our in-house GIA Graduate Gemologist, and every purchase includes a Certificate of Authenticity prepared specifically for your item. Each Certificate includes at least one photo of the item and verifies the gemstone type, weight and clarity, diamond weight and quality, and the metal type (e.g., 14k gold, platinum) and weight. You can shop with confidence knowing that your jewelry has been examined, verified, and documented by a trusted expert.

| Rapid Order Processing All in-stock orders placed by 5pm EST (2pm PST) ship the Same or Next Business Day. All items are In Stock unless specifically noted. For rings ordered in the stock size, the ring will ship the same or next business day. You can send your ring back to us once for free sizing and free return shipping for up to 30 days after you receive it. Additionally, nearly all of our rings can also be sized by your local jeweler. For rings ordered with sizing (i.e., a non-stock ring size), please allow 1-3 weeks for shipment. Layaway Many of our items are one-of-a-kind. Use an interest free layaway plan to reserve the item before it sells out and lock in the current price- for up to a year! This is especially important with today's rapidly rising gold, platinum, diamond, gemstone and labor prices. MyJewelrySource offers 3 to 6 month layaway options and can accommodate special requests for periods less than 6 months.
