If you would like to order a ring in a size not listed in the sizing drop down menu next to the link that you just clicked, simply complete the online ordering process by following the steps below or call us at 1-866-432-4936.

For sizes larger than a size 9 there may be an additional charge for the additional gold weight. We will email you once we receive your order if there is any additional charge. You have the option of canceling your order at that time. Also, the return restocking fee for rings that are sized is increased to 20% of the ring purchase price.

In some cases it is necessary for us to remake your ring if we determine that ring sizing will affect the integrity of the ring.  In this case, any additional time needed to ship your ring will be specified when we contact you.  Again, you can cancel at this time without penalty if you need your ring prior to our estimate delivery time.

Instructions:

Select the size closest to your desired ring size in the drop down menu on the ring ordering page.

At the end of the Order Checkout form, in the OPTIONAL: Comments or Special Instructions section write "Please size to (your size). I agree to the 20% restocking fee IF the ring is returned".

3.

Click on Continue (Review Order) to review your order prior to purchasing your ring.

Is there an Additional Cost or Penalty?

Per above. in most cases, there is no additional fee, however there may be an additional fee for larger sizes, especially if the ring is made of platinum.  We will email you after we receive your order to confirm any additional charges and you may cancel the order at that time, if necessary.

Additionally, the return penalty (i.e., restocking fee) is increased to 20% of the ring price and replaced the restocking fee listed on the product detail page.

Can I Avoid the Return Penalty?

To initially avoid this penalty, you may order the ring without sizing, and once you have decided to keep the ring, return it to us and we will size or remake the ring in your desired size.  This way you will be sure that you like the ring and gemstone before committing.
