If you would like to order a ring in a size not listed in the sizing drop down menu next to the link that you just clicked, simply complete the online ordering process by following the steps below or call us at 1-866-432-4936.

In most cases, for sizes larger than a size 9 there will be an additional charge of $50 to $200. We will email you right after we receive your order to confirm whether or not there will be an additional charge. You will also have the option of canceling your order at that time. There is also an additional 20% restocking fee if the ring is returned or the order is cancelled (see below).  Please note that if your size is listed in the menu, this additional return fee does not apply.

In some cases it is necessary for us to remake your ring if we determine that ring sizing will affect the integrity of the ring.  In this case, shipping is usually within 2 to 6 weeks and will be specified when we contact you shortly after receiving your order.  Again, you can cancel at this time without penalty if you need your ring prior to our estimate delivery time.

Instructions:

Select the size closest to your desired ring size in the drop down menu on the ring ordering page.

At the end of the Order Checkout form, in the OPTIONAL: Comments or Special Instructions section write "Please size to (your size). I agree to the additional 20% fee IF the ring is returned".

Click on Continue (Review Order) to review your order prior to purchasing your ring.

Is there an Additional Cost or Penalty?

In most cases, there is no additional fee for a smaller size.  For larger sizes, there usually is an additional charge of $50 to $200 for 14k or 18k rings and slightly more for platinum.  We will email you after we receive your order to confirm any additional charges and you may cancel the order at that time, if necessary.

Additionally, there is an order cancellation or return penalty of 20% of the ring price. This amount is in addition to any non-refundable fees listed on the product detail pages.

How Can I Best Avoid the Penalty?

To initially avoid this penalties, you may order the ring without sizing, and once you have decided to keep the ring, return it to us and we will size or remake the ring in your desired size.  This way you will be sure that you like the ring and gemstone.
