Each order is assigned to specific customer care specialist who will thoroughly inspect your item and personally  ensure that it is sized, if needed, shipped promptly and delivered as promised.  You will receive an email once you place and order and a second email containing your tracking number once your item is shipped. If you have special delivery requirements, we would be happy to try to meet them.  And if we say that we can, we will.

Simply contact us if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. All returns are processed within one day of receiving an item for return. You will receive an email once your return is processed so that you know that we received you item, that your return was successfully processed, and that your refund will be exactly what you expect it to be.
