There is nothing more classic than diamonds and platinum! And we have taken the look one step further and used an absolutely breathtaking cornflower blue Ceylon sapphire as the focal point at the center! The sapphire is just over 2 1/2 carats, extremely well cut, eye and loupe clean, and quite simply a knock-out. The sapphire has great luster and brilliance, something that only the finest sapphires have. The color is a perfect cornflower blue, not too dark, not too light. It's just dazzling. The fine trillion diamonds on each side are over 1/4 ct each (0.29 cts each) and are the ideal size accents to the oval sapphire. The diamonds are also of very fine quality; they are near colorless and better than eye clean. The sapphire and diamonds have been set in a luxurious platinum mounting that is extremely comfortable. Platinum is a rare and beautiful naturally white metal that is easy to care for and will not discolor or wear away.
