The diamonds surrounding the sapphire accentuate the icy color and bring a nice touch of sparkle to the look. The band tapers into a knife edge towards the back and is covered on three sides with more round diamonds. The parts of the ring that aren't covered in diamonds are adorned with the milgrain edging and woodstock's feet carving that extend to the back of the band.
