The sapphire has an excellent cut and an inviting lemon-butter yellow color. Most people would assume that it is a fancy yellow diamond. The sapphire is better than eye clean and sparkles like crazy. There are 18 brilliant cut round diamonds set around the sapphire and 7 on each side of the band. The setting has an open basket design which allows a lot of light to pass through and reflect from the sapphire.
