And we have taken the look one step further and used an absolutely breathtaking and rich royal cornflower blue Ceylon sapphire as the focal point at the center! This luxurious and saturated color is something you find in only the finest sapphires. The sapphire is just over 2.78 carats, very well cut, eye and loupe clean, and quite simply a knock-out. The fine trillion diamonds on each side are over 1/4 ct each (0.29 cts each) and are the ideal size accents to the oval sapphire. The diamonds are also of very fine quality; they are near colorless and better than eye clean. The sapphire and diamonds have been set in a luxurious platinum mounting that is extremely comfortable. Platinum is a rare and beautiful naturally white metal that is easy to care for and will not discolor or wear away.
