The fine trillion diamonds on each side are about 1/4 carat each and are the ideal size accents to the oval sapphire.  The diamonds are also of very fine quality; they are near colorless and much better than eye clean.  The sapphire and diamonds have been set in beautiful 14k white gold setting which can also be made in luxurious platinum. The profile of the setting is low at just over 3/16" which makes this ring very comfortable and wearable.
