This dazzling ring was custom made to fit this large 2.16 carat heart shape pink sapphire. The sapphire is so large that it holds its own and does not compete with the sea of 1.31 carats of diamonds in the setting. The sapphire and diamonds balance each other perfectly. The sapphire itself has a fabulous cut which makes it sparkle and come alive. There is no window (where you can see right through the stone to your finger) in the stone and it is eye clean. And you just don't come across heart shape sapphires of this size, cut, and clarity very often. And let's talk color...oh, the color of this beauty is gorgeous. Not quite a light pink and not a bubble gum pink, it's in between. Soft and pretty, not too girly girl but a more sophisticated pink. It's eye catching but not in your face, if that makes sense. We couldn't resist combining this fine gem with as many fine diamonds as we could to create that truly special ring that will definitely be noticed! All of the diamonds are better than eye clean and near colorless. Each of the diamonds is about 3 points, 2mm each. These are not small and take the sparkle factor to the next level. Notice how the sides of the ring have a pierced scroll gallery for an elegant finishing touch.
