This striking ring is dramatic and substantial (without being
bulky or over-the-top) and there's no question that it will be
noticed on your finger. At the center is a large 9x11mm oval,
checkerboard faceted peridot that has a perfect apple green color.
The stone is eye clean and well cut. Just gorgeous! The mounting
itself is very ornate and every angle is adorned with a swirl of
gold, milgrain edging, or a bead set or
tube set diamond. Wow! The diamonds surround the peridot, and the
contrast highlights the beautiful color of the stone. The band is
wider at the center and tapers comfortably towards the back. We
think that once you put this ring on your finger and begin to admire
its beauty and incredible craftsmanship, you simply will not want to
