It is exceptionally clear and the intense deep green color speaks volumes about its quality. The emerald looks very similar to fine quality tsavorite garnet, another rare gemstone whose color is thought to be a highly desirable color for an emerald. The spectacular mounting is simply covered in pave diamonds and showcases the emerald beautifully. The emerald is surrounded on all sides by fine quality diamonds and diamonds cover three sides of the band as well. Delicate milgrain detail surrounding the diamonds gives the ring a slight vintage feeling. The wonderful 18k white gold mounting is finished with an undergallery so it is very comfortable on the finger. It has a nice weight and thickness to it so you can be sure that this fine piece will stand up to a lifetime of wear.
