The unique cutting of the gorgeous blue sapphires adds a custom feel to the overall design. There are 4 princess cut diamonds at the center and smaller fully faceted round diamonds throughout. This cross is large and is perfect for the sophisticated woman who enjoys eye-catching, custom jewelry. We are providing a very nice 20" box chain with this cross but the hidden bail at the back is large enough to accommodate a more substantial chain (up to 5mm in width or diameter).
